Hi there, just got back from your superb apartment Casa De Suenos!!! It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for our large family!!! We loved the large safe garden and we particularly enjoyed having our own BBQ and the lemon tree that just kept giving!!! We made and drank all kinds of different things using them. The kids loved the pool and the horses that are nearby. We would definitely recommend and we most certainly be back!!!

I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Lomas Del Golf. What a great apartment, clean and very well presented with a beautiful patio and outside area. I took my Mum and found it very easy to get around we caught the local bus to the beach and walked down to the square where we had the choice of many different types of restaurants. Fantastic so thank you Emma and Kev will be back I’m sure! x

We have visited ‘Casa de Suenos’ apartment for the last 3 years now. This is without doubt one of the best apartments on the Lomas del Golf complex. As a family with 2 young children we found the apartment very comfortable – almost like being at home. Its very safe, clean and ideally located close to all ammenities. The huge terrace area offers a great sun trap and a great area for sun bathing, barbecuing or for the kids to play. The neighbours and locals were all very friendly, and made lots of friends whilst staying there. We would definitely recommend staying here. Kevin and Emma are both a pleasure to deal with.

You couldn’t beat sitting on the huge terrace at the side of the apartment at sundown 40+ degrees with a large G+T. I have just returned from a fabulous week at the beautiful apartment ” Casa de Suenos ” lomas Del Golf !!!! Can’t really describe in words how perfect our holiday was but I will try……
Kevs apartment was so spotless, well equipped, tastefully furnished ( I have not stayed in any other apartment as nice as this ) The terrace lit up at night was sooo pretty, relaxing to the sounds of the crickets and the sweet smell of the lemon trees so carefully nurtured. The sun terrace to the side was a real sun trap, very spacious and beautifully maintained. Kevs apartment is situated on a lovely complex but after walking around, I did take note that our apartment was the nicest !!! No kidding really it is!
The beaches….the beautiful plaza near buy with fantastic restaurants……I could go on and on. We had the time of our lives, it really was a slice of Heaven….to which I will return again and again !!

Okay so I’ve posted my feedback very late, but I have had alot going on! We stayed at Lomas del Golf in July 2011, 5 of us including; 2 OAP’s, 2 stressed out parents and a 5 year old!
We were picked up at the airport by the lovely Pete who couldn’t be more helpful. He proved to be a fantastic source of information throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and felt like home, loads of things for our 5 year old, games, inflatables etc. Wished we hadn’t brought so much with us. The pools were clean and well serviced – Very fit looking security bloke kept an eye on us! (one for the ladies!!) Me and the Mother-in-Law had a fantastic evening of Bingo at Cheers Bar (take your lucky charms, it’s a serious business for the ex-pats!)
Villamartin Plaza was great and I’ve found a new found talent… karaoke queen! loads for the kids to do, trampoline cost about 2 euros and my little man got addicted to it, loads of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets – HIGHLY recommend it. Morgans bar worth a visit, reasonable priced menus, great breakfast as well. The only downside I can think of is that we only had 1 week, we are definitely going back next year, I can’t wait! Well where do I start? I am a single parent with four children who has not been abroad for four years. The travel agents quoted me £4000 for a week in Spain but Casa De Suenos @ Lomas Del Golf were exactly what it offers “Affordable family Spanish Holiday”
I have just returned from this lovely place. The weather was amazing and the people were friendly and very helpful. There was loads of stuff to do for the kids….Horse riding was a 10 second walk from the apartment, the bars which were very child friendly with excellent kids entertainment were only a few minutes walk.
The place itself has 7 pools all only a few minutes walk. The apartment was absolutely excellent. Plenty enough room for me and 4 kids…….Now that says a lot….!!!! The place was spotless…Air conditioning in the bedrooms….Good sized bathroom and kitchen with a large fridge and everything that you would have in your kitchen at home. There is a huge garden at this apartment…..Basket ball net and scooters for the kids… Which allowed me to have some sunbathing time!
My kids have had the best holiday ever!!…At not one point did they moan they were bored etc…Would recommend everyone visits this beautiful place!
I was so impressed I have already booked for 2 weeks next year and booked this on the second day of the holiday! That’s proof how much we enjoyed it! SCORE 11 OUT OF 10 xxx

A very big thankyou for letting the apartment out to us in June /July.We have already looked on you’re calendar to see if you have any vacancies in Sept but we see you are full but we will certainly try to book for next June as soon as 2012 dates are on.
The apartment is in a really good position within walking distance of lots of bars etc.Our particular favourite is Cheers bar,lovely friendly staff there serving very good food and lots of different types of entertainment each evening.Just down the road Villa Martine again with different bars restaurants etc.We also walked over the hill to the Pint Depot and visited various bars there.
We had car hire so we went to lots of different beaches all of which were great.
The apartment itself very very good everything in there you need,English tv etc and the outside area is very big so when we wanted to just chill we could do.

Just to let you know we had another fabulous holiday at Casa de Suenos, a real Spanish home from home!
So relaxing, we put a paddling pool for the kids on the terrace under the shade of the lemon tree (surprised how much it had grown since last year) watch them playing happily whilst we sun ourselves. Read two great books from your collection(saves weight on the meagre Ryan air luggage allowance!)
Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her 7th Birthday horse riding at the end of the lane with Mustafa, followed by a lovely meal at Chez just a ten minute walk away at the Plaza, we can highly recommend the 12oz steak.
I enjoyed my massage from Thai lady at La xenia beach followed by a picnic in the sun( cool box you always provide keeps it all nice and cool especially the beers!) although a word of caution she will charge you 10 euros for a half body or you can barter for 15 euros for a full massage it is definitely worth an extra 5.

On our third visit we tested out the local bowls club at the “Cheers Bar” Had two games and thoroughly enjoyed both.Did surprisingly well for a novice, having never played a team game of bowls in my life before.The local ex-pats made us extremely welcome. An experience we will definitely repeat when we return. It really is a wonderful place to stay and just relax. My favourite holiday. Can’t beat a “Fly and Flop” trip.

Had a fantastic time at LDC. The apartment great and very well equipped. I had no problem whatsoever getting around it in my wheel chair. The outside sun deck area is fantastic and I spent many an afternoon lazing in the sun when Jemma went to the beach or local shops with Jeffrey. We both had an amazing time and Jemma has insisted we go back as soon as possible!!

The apartment itself has everything needed and the outdoor area is very safe for children and provides them with lots of room to run around until sunset! Cheers Bar great – Carvery on a Sunday very tasty and closely followed by a BBQ on the apartment terrace, a must have on at least one night!
Visited Mar Menor beach which is great for younger children. Walked to Villa Martin Plaza and Los Dolces Plaza along the canal. Chadwick’s in Villamartin does the best breakfast!
Kids had great fun in the pools, swimming and lazing in the boat.
Space at the side of the apartment ideal for children, beach ball put to great use in this area.

What can I say another great holiday! Spent most of our days either by the pool or down at La Zenia beach. Sampled the delights of Alexjandro’s restaurant again and were not disappointed!
Cheers Bar was great with lots going on and very friendly staff. ABBA night at Cheers was great and a must if you get the chance.
Had a few nights down at the square this time and we all enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. Chei Bar in the plaza does a fantastic breakfast and very reasonably priced!
The holiday would not be complete without good old Cyril. Cyril transported us everywhere and was great, exceptional value! Not a bad singer either if you manage to catch him on the Karaoke!
Apartment superb and would have stayed longer if only for work. Think they should get a thermometer for the sundeck area at the side of the apartment that goes past 50 degrees!! It’s been so hot down the side that on a few occasions it hit the MAX! HOT HOT HOT! The shower outside was a lifesaver!

Holiday got off to a great start. Collected by an English driver called Cyril who took us to the villa, charging only 10euros per person!
Apartment looked great when we arrived so just dropped bags and dived straight in the pool!
Supermarket really cheap for booze so stocked up for the week!
Aquapolis Waterpark was a great day out! Cyril took us again and really cheap fare!
Beaches are great for all ages and there are shops and bars on the beach too.
Went the Plaza (The Square) almost every night. Great bars, restaurants and pool tables. Bars vary in entertainment as do the restaurants with food. There really is something for everyone with over 40 bars and restaurants to choose from! Bars open until early hours, restaurants until midnight.
Holiday was boss! Villa is great and Cyril is great.
Will hopefully be back again next year.

Weather has been amazing, really hot and sunny and we all have great tans!
Pools are great early evening when they are not too busy. Would also recommend going the beach after 4pm so as not to fry!
Mil Palmeras beach was our favourite though La Zenia is nice if you don’t want to travel as far.
Cheers Bar was great and staff very friendly…gutted we missed the Abba night! However, I won 90 euros at the bingo!
Legends Bar on Playa Flamenca is a great place for young adults. Sports Bar very good too!
The apartment has been really nice; love the layout and the terrace. The air con in both bedrooms has been a lifesaver!

The apartment is lovely! We have enjoyed sitting on the patio with the first cup of tea of the day and the last sangria late at night!
The peace and quiet has been really worth while for recuperating.
We have enjoyed BBQ’s in the garden, its just so relaxing watching the sunset over the palm trees!
The pool nearest the apartment (10 second walk) is a lifesaver at the end of the day as temps have reached 45 degrees plus at the side of the apartment, such a sun trap!

Since Bren and Lois had never been away before, the flight was great for them as it wasn’t too far and the apartment is in a great location, very quiet! (Just what we like!)

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here at the apartment. At the beginning we had a couple of problems but with Cyril & Martin they were quickly overcome.
We did plenty of walking and had a bus trip too. La Zenia is a nice beach and bay to sit at the La Zenia hotel….cliff top.
Thanks to Cyril were his trips were valuable…nothing too much trouble.
Had some great afternoons watching bowls at Cheers Bar and having a few beers.

What a fantastic break!
We arrived at Murcia airport and were met by Cyril the taxi man. What a great bloke and very reasonably priced, also acts as free tourist information. Great service!
Alexandro’s Restaurant on the left just before La Zenia roundabout was superb and well worth a visit.
In general we found most places had high chairs for little ones apart from a couple of places upstairs in Villa Martin Plaza. We found it easy going with the pram apart from times when footpaths disappear….which is a Spanish thing!
For a ‘big shop’ check out Consum near La Zenia and also try the chicken from the van man….gorgeous!
Cheers Bar through the stables is very friendly and a bit roomier if you have children. Plenty of space to eat and drink inside and out. They have regular acts on in season and cover all TV sports so there’s no need to miss the big match!
The apartment was ideal in every way. Very comfortable, clean and child friendly. Outside is very spacious, HOT and ideal for BBQ’s…superb!

Visited all the usual places – staggered home from Cheers Bar a few times….beware of the large measures! Love Cheers – Relaxing, friendly and again some great acts….

“We had a lovely break at the apartment in April this year. It is comfortable, welcoming and a ‘home from home’. There is loads to do – with beautiful beaches, good bars and restaurants nearby and it’s worth hiring a car to venture further afield. If mountains are your thing then head to the hills north west of Benidorm. All in all we had a lovely time and would recommend the apartment as a great place to stay.
March 2007 – Peter, Sandra & Holly Costello
Apartment is lovely. Chairs front put by lemon tree, a sun spot to have a leisurely breakfast. Afternoon the side of the apartment is a wonderful area – Fantastic sun spot. The horse riders are very friendly and will come and talk to you.
Stables fantastic – Holly went riding on 3 occasions on Luna who she wanted to bring back to England. It became a family outing daily to go and see the horses. Peter even offered to help out at the stables but I think it was the gin and rum taking its toll over the week!
Although early in the season and the weather in Spain was not too good, we had lovely sunshine every day until evening, when we had rain or cloud.
On the whole it was a lovely week. We spent one day at Campoamor Beach – Fantastic day and lovely bay restaurant. Spent two days at La Zenia beach which is again lovely and great food at La Mirada.
Cyril was superb, happy to taxi us around and helpful regarding the area. Found all the people friendly and they would stop and say hello when passing. Lovely peaceful surroundings and we felt very safe.
A must visit again.
August 2006 – The Kennedy Family
Outside shower fantastic! If you are sunbathing on the patio, cool off under the shower, its brilliant!
Spit roast chicken – At Consum supermarket near La Zenia. Only 7 euros. We eat ours served on the patio with salad and some crusty bread and of course a cold beer….delicious!
Fusion Restaurant – Italian and American cuisine, Fusion is situated at the front of Villamartin Plaza on the 1st level. Food is fantastic, the best spaghetti carbonara ive ever tasted! Pizza’s are huge too and they offer a take away service – Great food!
Villamartin Golf Club – 71 euros for 18 holes of golf, 1 buggy and club hire. Nice course but the clubs not very good so best bring your own (Casa De Suenos Management now provide a set of graphite clubs free of charge). Buggy hire essential in August heat.
Campoamar Golf Club – Bit more expensive but a must – Breathtaking golf course. Must supply handicap card to play.
Cheers Bar – Great food and friendly staff. Great martini’s and really large measures! Must see act are a duo called ‘Reality’. Sing anything from 60’s to present day. Does a great ‘Proud Mary’ Tina Turner style, gets kids involved with tambourines. Generation Game was another great night out.
Cabo Roig Beach – Sand quite black but a lovely bay, quite shallow water and not as busy as La Zenia.
Horse Riding – 20 euros for one hour. Our teenagers Aaron & Rebecca had never been on a horse before and were a little afraid. Mustafa the owner took them out around the orange and lemon groves. One hour later they returned with the biggest smiles on their faces! They then cantered past the apartment and Aaron said it’s the best thing he’d ever done! 40 euros very well spent!
Well it’s adios from the Kennedys. We had a fantastic time and will defo be back.

June 2006 – Lowester Family
Great two weeks holiday! Weather hot hot hot! Apartment perfect, everything you need. Boiling hot at the side of the apartment (sun trap). We recommend at least one night you get the bbq lit.
We would also advise that you get a car if you want to make the most of your time here.
Our favourite beach was La Zenia. The water is clear and shallow although it does get very busy at times. Another really nice beach is Cabo Roig, small and quieter but water not as clear. Mar Menor is a nice little town and beach, try the mud bath – lots of people did!
We also visited Orihuela Costa Resort a few times the kids loved the pools, although they charge 18 euros for four of us.
Villamartin Plaza – Nice place to eat and have a few drinks. Try ‘Bogeys’ and ‘Eduardos’. A bit pricey but well worth it!
The Strip – Very nice bars and restaurants. One night we visited a little brown hut and had chicken & doner kebabs, the best we ever had! Great if you don’t feel like a sit down meal. Also a hairdressers Andrew visited was really good, only 10 euros.
Locally Cheers Bar and Café Alba bar great if you don’t fancy driving, people very friendly.
Flamenca Beach Plaza – The most enjoyable food we had all holiday at ‘The Papaya Tree’ Thai restaurant.
We had an excellent time and will be back again!

Would definitely recommend that everyone goes on a pony trek through the orange and lemon groves at the back of the apartment, only 20 euros with Mustafa the instructor – It will make your holiday!
Italian restaurant on ground floor in Villamartin Plaza very good. Fantastic meal, Darren had a T bone steak which was enormous and tasted great. The plaza is a really good place to eat.
We only had 1 sunny day out of 6 but it was still a great place to chill and relax.
Hope everybody who visits here has a good time as we did, we will definitely be back.

I myself think its lovely, the local pool, bar and horses are so close and wonderful. The weather was even wonderful on certain days we even stayed in and chilled. Everything was so relaxing, even the beach close by was great. I’d recommend this holiday home to anyone, it’s a lovely place and great for kids.
