Welcome to ‘Casa de Suenos’ @ Lomas Del Golf, near Mar Menor on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca. This spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge area, kitchen and sleeps 6 people (4+2 sofa bed). The property has a fully equipped kitchen with all white goods available for use. It also has air conditioning to both bedrooms, satellite TV with all English channels, CD player, CD’s, Ipod player, books, games and access to 7 swimming pools; 2 pools within a 30-second walk.

The apartment is a corner plot so enjoys an extensive paved area to the side and rear with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ to make the most of the lazy days. All external walls feature a balustrade rail and with a front archway and key operated gate, it is very private and secure. It also has a breakfast terrace with canopies and an external shower to cool off when needed!

At the front of the apartment there are stables, which operate horse riding and pony trekking through the orange and lemon groves, a must for locals and tourists. Some of the best golf courses in Spain and lots of wonderful beaches are only a few minutes drive away, so this is an ideal apartment to play golf or have a beach holiday.

Costa Blanca is the healthiest part of the world according to The World Health Organisation and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The area has numerous beaches, golf courses and regular local markets. History and culture is combined with a luxury beach resort and fantastic amenities with everything you need for a fantastic Spanish holiday.

Villamartin is situated 10kms North of Mar Menor and 10kms South of Torrevieja. Villamartin is a beautifully landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings not only for the golfer, for which it is best known, but in fact for the whole family.

The apartment is about 40 minutes from Alicante airport and only 15 minutes from Murcia airport.
